NBC Club News | November 2019

It has been an extremely busy year with club rounds, Surfing Qld and other events. I can’t express how excited I am at the level of surfing from the 8’s all the way through to the opens with our Nudie Boardriders team making the National final, Mitch P, Oli T, and Lil B winning QLD state titles, Cooper D finishing 3rd at the Australian Titles and our Kirra Teams JNR Girls claiming a solid 3rd.

Noah S was crowned 2019 QCC champ at the Sunny Coast Pro and our GROMS claimed the inaugural Sunny Coast Grom cup.

Azza K competed at the Reb Bull air comp at the WSL on the Gold Coast, Mitch, Pipi, Oli and Louis were all crowned Bali BL champs.

Tommy C, Tori F, Cooper D and Noah S have been on the QS grind around the world and Gia L finishing 13th on her first crack on the Aust Pro Jnr series. This is only a sample of the many outstanding results that our members have achieved this year.

The run to Christmas has begun however there are still a lot of events still to run and champions to be crowned.
